If your sim loves to spend their time caring for the needs of children then you should consider making them follow the daycare worker career path. Sims cannot really get into the business of selling properties in the vanilla game, but with this mod you can have your sim sign up for the real estate career and have them become experts in the selling game. With the skill of rocket science already implemented in the game, becoming a rocket scientist just makes sense.
